Orders can be returned within 7 days of receiving.
- If the product is physically damaged or the wrong product is shipped, we will replace it. The customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to send a video of the unboxing of the product on WhatsApp the damage must be clearly visible in the video. If a replacement of the same product is not possible, we will refund or exchange it with other products of the same value.
