The product is not considered damaged in the following situations.

Exchanges are not available if the product is not damaged.

Our courier partner makes a maximum of 3 attempts to deliver the product. We are unable to refund undelivered prepaid orders. In this case, we will notify the buyer to pay the shipping fee to resend the order.


We take great care when packing your order, triple checking for damage, ensuring all stones are in place, and packing them. All photos shown are original photos and have no filters.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange of a damaged, split, or defective product, please follow these steps:


  1. Contact Us: Send an email to our customer support team at umeshmangle21@gmail.com within 1-3 days of receiving the Product. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or documentation.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with instructions for returning the Product, if applicable. Do not return the Product without authorization from our team.
  3. Return Shipping: If a return is authorized, you will be responsible for shipping the Product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and ensuring the package for its full value.
